On June 12th , 2013 I was injured in a motor vehicle accident. Following the accident, I attempted to work with the insurance companies but was soon frustrated with their antics. I decided to retain legal representation and interviewed several law firms. My intention was to retain the best educated attorney with proven results. It was also very important that he be accessible. I ultimately selected Graham Scofield.
From the onset Mr. Scofield was courteous, punctual, professional, accessible and very knowledgeable. As soon as I retained Mr. Scofield, I no longer had to deal with medical bill issues or insurance company antics. Literally, I communicated only with Graham. My case was not typical and required several different strategies, all of which Graham seem to be one step ahead of the insurance companies.
For example, I was ask to participate in a phone interview by the insurance company. Graham ask that we meet and discuss possible questions. We met the day of the interview and Graham pointed out certain topics he would allow me to expand on and the areas he would not. Graham also provided a list of questions he thought could be ask based on my unique accident. His prepared list was spot on.
As the case progressed Graham continually held the insurance companies to the letter of the law. If Graham’s request had a timeline it was met by the insurance company or well documented that it wasn’t met. At the conclusion of the case, I was well compensated! My research to select the best attorney did pay off!!
Basically, I have no doubt that I made the best choice in representation. If you pass on retaining Graham, it will be your loss. And I do not like to lose money!
