I had initially settled a case against my former employer with the EEOC on my own. However, the company continued to initiate harassing actions. I then hired Graham Scofield who represented me so that I would not have to directly correspond with my former employer any further. He informed me of my rights and advised me on how to proceed given my options.

In the end, the employer backed off due to how effectively Mr. Scofield communicated his knowledge of the law and the next steps that would be taken if improper actions were pursued.
